Description:
Valves elliptical to elliptical-lanceolate, with protracted rostrate ends, 62.86µm long and 21.43 µm broad. Axial area linear, central area irregularly rounded, unilaterally developed reaching the margin. Distal raphe endings curved in the same direction. Striae slightly punctate throughout the valve becoming pararllel at the ends, 15 in 10µm.
