Description:
Valves semi-elliptic with acute apices. Dorsal margin convex, ventral margin slightly concave. Raphe branches dorsally arched at the central part of each branch and than sloping downwards to the central nodule. Proximal and distal ends curved dorsally. Axial area developed on the dorsal side, central area not separated. Dorsal striae slightly radiate. Ventral striae parallel near the center becoming radiate towards the ends, interrupted at the center.
