Description:
Valves elliptic-lanceolate with wedge-shaped apices, 16-55µm long, 7-20µm broad, RLV: sternum narrow, slightly broader at the center into an unilateral, transverse central area. Transapical striae moderatelly radiate, delicatelly punctate, 19-21 in 10µm.
