  • Dataset Abstract
    Total epiphyte and epiphyte chlorophyll-a loads were measured from artificial seagrass leaves (Mylar) deployed for periods up to the approximate Thalassia leaf turnover period. Data were collected in Florida Bay, within Everglades National Park.

  • Methods
    Sampling Description
    Monitoring of epiphyte accumulations on Mylar leaves. At approximate 2-week intervals 6 Mylar leaves harvested. Total epiphyte load and epiphyte chlorophyll-a determined for each leaf. Arrays (0.25m2) of Mylar leaves placed at study sites.
