  • Methods
    Sampling Description
    Radiometers collected 1 minute averages of incoming and outgoing radiation. Radiation data collected to investigate how local climate controls leaf level carbon sequestration of mangroves and how climate controls terpene emission of red mangrove leaves.

    Radiometers installed at approximately 5 m height in a grass field near the Ranger Station dock.

    Qrebs net radiometer, LiCor LI 190 SA quantum sensors, Eppley PSP Pyranometer, Infra Red temperature probe

    Quality Control
    Dataset is inspected by PI for QA/QC; standard validation checks for negative numbers, graphs to detect potential outliers .
