This dataset provides data from site near Chekika island, one of 6 sites in the SRS.
Sontek Argonaut ADV records water velocities 3000 times in a 5 minute interval every 15 minutes, and reports that as an average every 15 minutes. Velocity measurements are taken in x,y and z directions that are referenced to true North using the internal compass.
