I am interested in using GIS/RS and statistical technology to detect tempo-spatial patterns in ecosystem, e.g., vegetation dynamics, change of plant physiology, and then use situ measurements and mathematical modelling to explain the patterns. I am currently working on sea level rise effects on coastal areas, e.g., mangrove migration.
