Spatial and temporal patterns of Everglades diatom assemblages to assess and predict the effects of restoration-related hydrologic change. Everglades diatom metacommunities. The mechanisms underlying the effects of pharmaceuticals and other contaminants on algal and bacterial structure and function in urban stream ecosystems. The taxonomy of diatoms in karstic wetlands and urban streams.
